About Me

Chris is a fourth generation Washingtonian and has lived in Northern Virginia his entire life. He attended the University of Virginia, graduating from the McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science. Chris’ coursework focused on Marketing and Management, and included study in Europe as part of McIntire’s International Banking and Finance program.

After college, Chris was recruited into the management training program of a private physical security firm. During his 23 year career, Chris was a top producing Business Development Manager as the company grew from a $400 million national provider to a $9 billion international organization. In addition to sensitive corporate and government clients, Chris worked with residential properties throughout the Metro/DC area to include gated communities, prestigious condominiums (two of which were the homes of Supreme Court Justices), luxury apartment buildings and the private residences of ambassadors.

Chris retired from the security business in the summer of 2014 in order to spend time with his wife and children, and evaluate new career opportunities. Chris states, “I’ve always had an interest in real estate going back to the first property I bought after college, which was a very nice rental condominium in Annapolis. My wife and I lived in Old Town Alexandria after we were married, then moved just south down the George Washington Parkway. We are now raising our family on the water in Mason Neck in the southeastern most part of Fairfax County. I believe that the DC area offers the best of everything – jobs, culture, recreation, schools and a variety of housing choices to fit everyone’s lifestyle.”

He is thrilled with his choice to pursue a career in Real Estate with Kennedy & Co. Chris combines a relentless focus on client needs, wants and desires with his extensive sales training and skills. He has achieved significant success for his client partners with much more to come!
